Shahmarie Afkhami

Shahmarie Afkhami is a Licensed Sales Associate with McGraw REALTORS®, proudly serving clients through the Hot Springs office. Born in Arlington, Texas, Shahmarie later moved to Hot Springs and graduated from Lake Hamilton High School. After spending a year at the University of Central Arkansas, she returned to her hometown and began her career in real estate.

Before entering the world of real estate, Shahmarie’s professional journey started in her family’s long-standing restaurant, J & S Italian Villa. Her father owned and operated the successful establishment well before she was born, and growing up around the business taught her the importance of dedication, hard work, and exceptional customer service.

Shahmarie earned her real estate license in 2021 and has been passionate about helping others navigate the buying and selling process ever since. Outside of her career, Shahmarie enjoys spending time outdoors, especially at the lake. Her greatest joy is being a mom to her three-year-old son and creating meaningful memories with him.
